Blue Oak School is an independent school in Napa, California. The building the school is housed within was originally built in 1909 and called the Washington Primary School. In the 1950s, the building became the Napa County Offices. In 2002 the building was renovated and named Blue Oak School. The current Interim Head of School is David Drinkwater, who was preceded by Hal Hensler and Scott Duyan.

A K-4th Lower School was founded in 2002, a Middle School Campus was founded in 2005 and the school now has students from Kindergarten to Eight Grade on two campuses in Downtown Napa. The school originally had 73 students during its charter year and now has about 175 on both campuses. There is a faculty of twenty-six. The tuition for Blue Oak during the 2009-10 year was $18,600 (USD) with 35% of students receiving partial or full financial aid. The school hosts an annual wine auction to raise money.
